Looks awesome, but sadly many of his tricks do and then the reviews come in and they rarely if ever live up to the video. Always willing to give someone another chance, but not until I see multiple positive reviews from respected sources.

I noticed a cut in the demo video (I suspect that is when the dirty work happens). Perhaps, a candidate for the Tricks & Trailers (TNT) review show?

Holy cow!! This looks extremely extremely good. Of course there's no way I'm preordering, but it looks FANTASTIC!

If this is as clean as the video, because unless he was faking the moves, the folded signed card should have been under the deck he laid down on the table, then a trick is still needed for this revelation of a signed card. $30 for a move and gimmick, and no entertaining routine to dazzle the spectators. So this must be just something to fool magicians out of their $30. I hope someone buys this and takes it to the street or restaurant and reports back ordinary spectator's reactions. I am thinking, they will say, "Is that all?" Another pick a card trick.

What trick or tricks can this be used with to make a miracle routine?

Can we just pretend there are already 8 pages of hype, whining about previous Shin releases, comparing it to other effects and guessing the method until it's actually been released and reviewed?

Going to order this . Was pleased with 52 shades of red, I believe shin has turned a new leaf.

Looks like a miracle and if the trailer is for real, it makes every switching device completely unnecessary imo.

can't wait to get in touch with this:)

I have a bit of a bad feeling with this one. Like someone else mentioned... a perfect item for the new TNT Show

In the trailer he says, "there's no box to carry." Is that a jab to Regal with the clarity box?! Holla!

sure it's a jab and also to the box. if what I see in the trailer is exactly what you get, everyone out there
could put all his switching devices into the drawer.

but honestly: I doubt that what you see here is what you get.

This does look unbelievable! I'm pretty sure what's going on, and I like what I see. Shin, if you wanna send me one to play with, I'm down! Smile

If it IS what I suspect, this thread will get very interesting...

I have seen this in person many times. It looks EXACTLY like what you see in the video. I believe there was a cut away on a card signing but that was only for artistic reasons. In my personal opinion this is the best product Shin has EVER come out with. There are many different handlings taught on how to fold the card into corners (mercury fold, etc. as well as openly folding the signed care in front of the spectator and vanishing it). But the switch looks like this 100% of the time. It really looks AMAZING!!!
Gimmick is Genius…
Btw - Brett - Shin was only hired to be the hands on Melt. Melt is not his effect, thinking, etc.

I take it back. I posted the previous comment before watching the entire trailer. The switch at the end completely threw my idea out the window. I am now officially, and completely fooled. I have no idea what's going on, and I am now painfully intrigued with this.

Shin. This looks great.

If it does what it says on the box, and what it shows in the video, it must be. I can think of 100 different effects I could do with a switch that clean. I cannot wait to play with this.

My only question I have is:

can this be performed standing?
