Here is a place in Las Vegas that services some casinos. They will want a fairly sizable order, but you can find out about what their minimum order and prices are by contacting them.
http://www.gamblersgeneralstore.com/ Here is one of several websites that print custom cards for games. They can put any design on back and/or faces that you can upload via their design page. http://www.makeplayingcards.com/ Also, many advertising companies that do T shirts, key chains, combs, and other advertising devices will print custom card decks, back only. Keep in mind that these cards might not be the best for manipulations. There are also companies who make decks for weddings, family reunions, etc. Same goes for quality with these services too. Finally, U.S. Playing Card will print custom decks of high quality, but the service is not cheap and the minimum order is anything but small. Good luck!

That's perfect advice from MRSharpe. There are a lot of online companies that will customize pretty much anything for promotional give-aways...playing cards are very common. The trick - as MRSharpe mentioned - is finding out what the minimum is. A lot of these companies are used to dealing with large orders in the tens of thousands. But, you can probably also find companies with smaller minimums. Do the Google and you should get a lot of hits.

Yeah, I've only seen the special card that comes with USPCC decks that gives the pricing and thought "too rich for my blood!"

For instance, (and this is totally pulled out of my butt), I may have a relative who prints T-shirts at night, but doesn't want his regular employer to know, etc. Yet, I still want to help you by supplying you his contact info. You get the idea. I don't know the situation here, but there are a million reasons for requesting a PM conversation.

The company that I ussualy use to get custom cards is Printer Studio http://www.printerstudio.com/. They're very similar to http://www.makeplayingcards.com/, but I think they're slightly cheaper.
