What three countries are populated with the most family magicians?

I would guess that England is number one, at least per capita. But in terms of actual numbers, probably the US, since we have about six times the population of England. For all I know though, one of the very heavily populated countries of Asia might have more than the US. Still, per capita, it's gotta be England. Can't throw a rock without hitting a magician over there.

Per Capita: ----------- Total:
1) The UK ----------- 1) The US 2) The US ----------- 2) The UK 3) Canada ----------- 3) China * 4) Singapore --------- 4) Canada 5) Australia --------- 5) Australia *If you don't count what Chinese magicians do as children's magic, then #5 becomes Mexico (!) and Can & Aus move up one.

I'd guess from my experiences overseas (24+ countries)
(1) China (2) India (seem to be working in every country I've visited) (3) USA (10+) UK (very few nowadays --- too many close-up artists)
Have wand will travel! Performing children's magic in the UK for Winter 2014 and Spring 2015.
