I've been performing a chair test for 6 people for quite some time and had a lot of success with it. Basically its made up of one part a Larry Becker concept and one part dual reality.
I use this routine when performing for large groups, over 100 people. The dual reality is fairly bold and don't want to use that part for smaller groups, particularly corporate groups who will talk amongst themselves afterwards. I'm looking to replace the dual reality part for smaller groups and I'm drawing a blank, I really want to continue using the Larry Becker part is it is quite sublime. Can anyone recommend chair tests that can be performed on 6 people that may have an element or two that could be used? For that matter any prediction/suggestion/audience control routines that will work with 6 people. |

This is all a bit vague. Can't really offer much, since you haven't really discussed what happens during the chair test, as you now perform it. There are hundreds of chair test options, but without knowing the structure of your routine, it's difficult to toss out possibilities.

Since this is the Penny forum, you can be specific about what the effect looks like, not how you accomplish it. People with helpful ideas can then PM you with their thoughts. If you had 14 more posts we could discuss it openly in Inner Thoughts.

Sorry, it is a bit vague.
The element I will be using which relates to a Becker effect involves 6 envelopes. Mixed up between 6 people in any order. Inside each envelope is a number, the 6 people can choose whether to add or subtract their number to their neighbour to get a total figure. This figure has been predicted in an envelope on display. The dual reality element predicted the order of the numbers and the choice of adding and subtracting. I'm probably a bit vague because I don't know what to replace this element with. The best chair tests I have read include lees people and cant be adapted to six. I just want some recommendations of routines that can be used with 6 people. I'm hoping that their might be something in one of them that I can use or that may inspire me. |
