It is on the way. Will review it when I get it. I have not been disappointed with any of Acer's material.

I recieved my copy last week. It's great! The Card Thru Window Effect is only one of many on the DVD. I don't know why they choose to highlight that effect (a bit disgruntled - see below), they are all of great caliber! It's also just plain hilarious to watch!
BTW The Card Thru Window effect on the DVD: I came up with a similar idea years ago, but never acted on it (my loss). With my idea you actually reach into the TV and pull out their card, and hand it to them as a souvenir (I also did it with a signed card). Anyone who watches the DVD will understand what I mean. If not, I'd be happy to elaborate.
Your choices in life can be compared to watching a magic trick: You can continue to believe the illusion in front of you, find the intrigue and desire to learn more, or quit paying attention the moment you feel deceived.

Cool David, sounds great, Nice to hear that Acer continues ths streak of great magic.
My order is on the way, when I then recieve it, I'll be as rude as PM you so we could exchange som ideas on the "signed card through Screen effect" - hope it's not the same as I have thought of for a while.. -e-

Chad LOng does a great card from wall on his Chad Long video. He Back P**** the card at it looks like it comes right out of the wall. I bet this is similar.
Does David credit Chad or anyone? Chris

Paul Harris has two similar effects on two different videos. In one a card appears in a staticy screen and floats to the top where you pull it from the top of the tv (If I remember correctly) and another where you ask your friend to help you figure out how to do this magic trick on a video you're watching, and then as you go through the trick the cards your friend is holding changes places with the cards Paul is holding on screen. It's hard to explain, but that's a cool trick too.

But if I recall well, in Acer's he doesn't pull the card out, right. The man in the TV just turns it over ad goes away with it.

Just received the dvd and watched it. The routine is really a clever take. The rest of the dvd is typical Acer antics with a few real nice routines in it. Acer is hilarious and presents his magic well. ALso th eguest spots by other magicians was great. The Kuffs outtakes is a riot!

Is this effect obvious from the TV digital display? Because it's a recording I presume.

I don't think this trick is intended to fool the pants out of whoever you show it to, I think its something you could show family and friends when they come over to your house... Its something I would do after doing some routines and just want to have a little fun and mabee some laughs...

I really don't see why The Card Thru Window Effect is the selling point of this DVD. I found many other items on it worth the asking price and if you are a fan of Acer's craziness then you definately won't be disappointed.

The DVD's still not here yet.
This is actually the hardest part with magic- this "waiting for the stuff you ordered" part is what I'm talking about. -e-

GOOD, I'm not the only one (see my above post)! Eirik, Yeah, I am impatient when it comes to ordering as well..."But the funds come out of my credit card in SECONDS. Why does it take DAYS to WEEKS to get what I ordered???"

What is the difficulty level of the other effects on the DVD? Is there mostly cards?
