Yup. That is a must do. One of the Seven Wonders of Bizarre America.
You could do this, Magnolia Mansion, a night at Lizzie Borden's B&B... any others? Road trip, anyone?

As a resident Bizarrist of San Jose, I have visited the Winchester house many times. For those who are curious, there was a very fascinating article in the last issue of Skeptic Magazine on the Winchester Mystery House.

Unfortunately it looks like you will only be able to stay in the other buildings on the property, not the main house

Another of the Bizarre Magic Seven Wonders would be the Myrtles Plantation:

Question for me is ... while we are there do I plan for shenanigans or just let the evening flow naturally and see how it goes? It might be tough not to encourage some gimmickless stuff. There's an ethics quandary in there too, I think. |
