I know there's probably plenty of posts like this on this forum, but if we put all of them in one topic like this one, it can helps a lot of people. (that's why the forum was made - for helping)
So... What about this, when everybodies of us write his most liked, most effective or just greatest busking trick for him?
It can be a trick name, a gimmick name, anythink, just for us Smile
Eh... Ok, I'll start. I think that one of the best and makes nice feelings trick is "tum tum tum tum" the brassiere trick with vanishing silk. Easy to make, easy to perform (also being surrendered by crowd). What you think about that? Write On !! Smile

PS. Sorry for my english Smile

At the moment Professor's Nightmare, done to Ian Adair's version of the ropes being worms.

As a Draw: The spirit nut, done with a big nut about 1 1/2 inches/4cm across. At the end people keep asking, Where's the nut? Where's the nut?
The presentation makes the magic.

Greetings and Salutations,

Closing with the Cups and Balls, the Ring and Rope or Professor's Nightmare for a middler, opening with a vanishing silk, and drawing with whatever strikes my fancy at the time; the "floating wand" and jumbo 52-on-1 for laughs; and the electric deck, color-changing silks, and stiff rope for a get-the-kids-outta-here show. (Don't laugh! Doing those three bits at kid level has earned me some nice hat for five minutes of work. Happy kid, happy parent! And I don't give away my show show).

Just my $.02 (USD) worth. YMMV.

"my version".

Really? Is it necessary that you add to your post that you're doing "your version"?

Why not just say "the cups and balls"?

Yes actually. I'm glad he did.

Some guys take the time to research various plots & moves to a routine in order to create something unique to themselves. (Which is a lot better than just doing it the way it was out of the box.)

I'll be the first to admit that I perform some things the way they were created, using the patter & moves verbatim, but also I balance that with my take as well.

So to answer the OP's question:

My solo coin routine
My spongeball routine
Fiber Optics - Richard Sanders
Tiny Plunger - Jon Armstrong
(Which I use Phoenix Parlour cards for!)
My chop cup routine
