Hi all
How would I go about selling a prop? I have a few I have built but the one in particular is a dove to rabbit (or small live stock to larger / contrasting live stock). I have never owned a bought one and have no idea if my method is original. I have my desired effect and build it in the way I saw practical. It was originally just for my show but I have had a few magical friends and acquaintances that think I should sell. So what to do? What are the correct channels and legalities of selling a prop like this? Thanks all |

Synbadd,
This thread most likely will turn into another huge debate over ethics etc. As a manufacturer myself, unless you swiped the exact design from someone, you are probably very safe selling this as the Doves to Rabbit effect has fallen into the "Public Domain" categories LONG ago. When I say "Public Domain" I am not speaking literally/legally but just what is acceptable in the magic world by typical standards. Send me a pic so I can help even further. Thanks Chance
