By the way, the lecture is now available for downloading, and there are no sync issues. Works perfectly. Awful lecture! Simply awful! Thanks Richard and Bob!

It was great stuff I enjoyed it, how can you go wrong with Bob and Richard, I agree at lot about the so called modern Mentalism, and high priced special edition books,
But then I'm getting up in years myself, I enjoyed the interview segments a lot, if you listen between the ears, lol , you pick up the good stuff. Both Bob & Richard have contributed much through the years, I thank you both. |

I am so happy that the lecture was as awful as we had hoped. And the fact that it was also terrible fills me with joy. (For those who didn't see it, those words don't mean exactly what your think they do- at least not in the context of what I was talking about.)
So thanks, all. I hope you found some useful things in it. |

Bob,
First off, extremely helpful, as always. So thank you. Second. Watched Al Koran on Youtube after your references during the lecture. Holy cow, what cajones! Really enjoyed his performance (great voice and taking control). Couldn't find any references on the Google about Jean Dennis except a Café reference. Any sources? Very best, Scott

My screen froze up at about 3 hrs and 45 and I was not sure if that just ended the broaccast or if I was having a tablet glitch. Someone above posted that the lecture was over 4 hrs, so I think I missed most of the last section?

Call me a "little boy" if you want (I have 39 years old), but I so happy to see the two masters discuss so important ideas.
Thank you both! |

Thank you Richard and Bob. Very insightful and very entertaining to boot! With much appreciation to al that both of you have shared with the mentalism/magic community over so many years. You have help due and continue to help us be strong performers and understand the underlying approaches to what we do.

There is a full chapter about Gene Dennis in Teller's (two volumes) House of Mystery.
There is also an article about her in Magic Magazine of Nov 2009. |
