Sorry just realized I posted th above post too soon.
Here are my 2 concerns when working with a new client: 1. Is their website visually appealing to the visitor? If not, we fix that. 2. Is the website appealing to search engine, are ppc optimized, is the website "search friendly"? This seem like 2 simple things but as Mike knows, it takes a lot of work to fix and optimize the visual elements AND search/indexing elements. Josh

So many SEO tips are available at your finger tips man. Just do a simple search on Google (believe it or not). Check out their googlewebmaster youtube channel.
It'll take time to learn, but not impossible.
