Hi guys,
I've decided to check out my second dealing on a cam and here's a quickie I recorded: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sgSOzgMYxc Best, Mike |

Very nice work Mike. (They weren't all the Ace of Spades, were they?) just kidding.

I'm not clear on what situation you'll be dealing seconds in whereupon you sit in one spot and deal all the cards into a single pile directly in front of you?
Deal around or across the table perhaps. Deal alternate seconds and tops perhaps Deal with both arms moving like they would if you were........well, dealing. You've got a very nice strike, but the video you've posted demonstrates nothing at all related to dealing seconds in a table game situation. |

Hi Silverking,
I don't have much space here, so that's why I dealt like that. If I try to be more "open" with everything, the cards end up on the floor. Saying that, I recorded another quickie where the aces are every fourth card: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSBABa_zij0 Mike |

That's better Mike, but still not dealing patterns for an actual table game situation.
Like I said, you have an excellent strike, but I think you're putting in wasted practice hours by not dealing in something more closely resembling a "real life" table game situation. and the dealing realities of that situation. I'm not sure there's a lot of improvement to be had in your actual ability to get the deuce into play, specifically dealing into a tight little circle directly in front of you. |

I understand, and you're absolutely right, as I actually never played a serious card game in my life. I've only used second dealing in magic routines.
Thank you for your excellent feedback, Silverking. Mike |

Well, for magic - you're pretty much already there
