I'm not management however,
Look at the top of the post right next to the report post button, then click on the smiley face with the large thumbs up. It looks like this  .

This is correct except the like button will only like the post not the entire thread.

Sorry but I still do not get how to like and entire thread... but I do understand how to like individual posts. Does that do the same things?
