Not Gemini twins, but the one involving the red and black queens and kings.
Thanks!

People often confuse Brother John's Twins and Fulves Gemini Twins
Are you talking about this: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KViEXfj2lmQ&feature=kp Or this, Giobbi's version of Fulve's Gemini Twins: http://www.penguinmagic.com/p/4372 Or Daryl's version: http://www.penguinmagic.com/p/4372 Twin's is in Hamman's book and on an Ammar DVD I believe.

So you might want to snap up a copy. Also, a lot of sources call it Gemini Twins, as motown mentioned, even though Kaufmann is clear that the name of the trick is The Twins. Bill Malone teaches his handling in his second On the Loose DVD. It's my favorite version because the climax seems strongest to me. It's the last trick performed on this vid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJ2OUfwt0Zs |

It's also in a book aptly titled The Secrets of Bro. Hamman.
And, there is a cool variant of a crucial sleight in that routine in Peter Duffie and Robin Robertson's Card Conspiracy |

Bro. Hamman's trick is also an excellent 'story trick'. I finish the trick with a displacement (you can easily figure it out ... I call it 'stepping out of the closet'); and then you can follow with a gay marriage theme. Thus EVERYONE can 'live happily ever after'. Lynn

Bill Malone probably has the best and most original handling of this classic.(relating to his "kicker" ending). I have been performing this effect myself for almost 15 years, and it's still one I will perform if someone asks me to "do a card trick"...
Someone already mentioned this, but Michael Ammar's Easy to Master Card Miracles Vol 3. has "Twins". Its a great VISUAL source to learn the Gemini Count, IMO.

I would agree with Hankins. Bill's is called End Story and found within "On the Loose Vol. 2." The On the Loose set is easily one of the best DVD sets produced for people who want learn how to be entertaining with magic.

I saw Bill has it end with one card. Pretty incredible. I'm totally fooled.
Thanks for the continued suggestions.

I believe this trick was first published in Seven Deadly Miracles as "The Protean Twins" and then later in The Secrets of Brother John Hamman as "The Twins". I'm not sure why people often confuse it with Karl Fulves' "Gemini Twins", maybe because "The Twins" uses the GC?
Bill Goodwin also published an interesting alternative that doesn't rely on the GC in his PDF ebook Evolution. It's called "Twinkle Twinkle" and I'm quite fond of the handling. Unfortunately his website his disappeared, so I'm not sure if this PDF is still available. Marty |

Another vote for Bill Malone's version as presented on his On The Loose DVD set. I have been doing this trick for many years and it gets great reactions. And I have still yet to get busted or quizzed too hard on where the cards disappeared to at the end.

I should add too that I use the displacement as used by Ammar on Easy to Master Card Miracles Vol. 3. It's a lot easier than the double deal which the orginal version calls for.

My favorite: Love Times Two. Nick Trost's version using Daryl's Diminishing Count. You can find it on Colombini's A Few Good Cards DVD. Easier, IMO, than Hamman's handling with the Gemini Count. Logical throughout AND a kicker ending! NICE for Valentine's Day!
