I recommend anything and everything from Ed Marlo he is simply put in my mind the very best he is my favourite Cardician that ever lived! I only wish I had met him since my thinking has been very similiar to his only he has preceded me by a huge amount of material and years, but I still try to come up with variations of tricks and moves and I love to know that I keep his magic and methods alive with his tricks and methods and mine combined!

RCT and Marlo In Spades are his best books in my opinion.

Another route to take is to get Racherbaumer's "Cardfixes." This was my first book on magic ever. It has a STRONG FLAVOR of Marlo, as well as the Racherbaumer touch. I strongly recommend this book. You can get it from Jon directly. Visit his website for contact info. http://www.jonracherbaumer.com This is a good book to introduce anyone to Marlo's work.

Yet another recommendation for Marlo Without Tears. As well as the RCT Series.

I can't recommend Jon Racherbaumer's website enough.
Packed with Marlo material, much of it long since out of print, it's also got a wealth of other content including the full ebooks of The Legendary Hierophant and Kabbala. For card magic, this site is the best value in magic today in my opinion but make sure to sign up for Premium Membership for the best deal and access to all areas. |

Anything by Marlo is excellent. I've found that most of Marlo's effects get my creative juice thinking and it usually leads me to many more ideas and effects. Marlo's ideas is a great start to creating your own effects (if he hasn't already created the effect).
