Wondering if my fellow card-lovers can help me identify some specifics about this tiny deck of cards. Stamp is lovely and looks like hand-work. Paper feels old, and font-style has a 50's-era look.
This may not be special at all, but just curious and thought it might be worth asking. Found in an antique shop. Photos are viewable in a Dropbox gallery here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/6z257xlpq4goc......his-deck And I'll try to upload some directly to the forum, momentarily. It's about 2.75-inches long; dark blue box says "Playtime Playing Cards" and "Made in U.S.A." on the front. Bottom of box says "The U. S. Playing Card Co. Cincinnati, U.S.A.". Top/lid of box has a USPCC seal that *looks* like a postage stamp -- a little off center, like it may have been packed by hand? |

No USIR stamp, so I would think post 1965.

I have a similar deck from the 1970's, but it's an ultra-mental deck.
