Two-Night Event Begins
Sept. 1 at 9/8c
I am glad there is going to be a special, but I have two questions:
1. Do you think Adrien Brody looks enough like Houdini to be believable?
2. Do you think the writers will actually hold true , within reason to the history of Houdini?

Adrien Brody was a performing magician when he was younger, so at least his heart should be in the project. He is an alumnus of Tannen's Magic Camp.

Thank you very much for the shout-out, Kevin.

Yep, I've been tracking this like a mad man for a full year. I've got some 76 posts about it from the day it was rumored to today. I'm working on my own extensive review that I'll post on Sept. 3.

Just an added bonus: on the History channel website there is a very cool Houdini quiz challenge to play that had me stumped on a few of the questions...it's a lot of fun!

It's a well done quiz. I actually corrected their first bonus question. The had an error there. It was nice they cared enough to correct it. Just wish I could have gotten my hands on the miniseries script before it was too late. :p
