Is that a codicil in your codpiece or are you just happy to be here?

I hate when I have to look up word. It was really embarrassing at lunch S2000 talking and me flipping through a dictionary.

Lobo's more of a libertarian and has both liberal and conservative views depending on the particular issue. That's why, I think, that he's able to see both sides of an issue more than a lot of the folks here.

Now I want to meet Danny. I admire somebody who works during lunch to better themselves.
Plus he seems like he'd have some great stories.

And Tommy. A British Bar Owner (I think I got that right!? Not only would he have some stories, but he'd tell them in a really cool accent.

WOW!!! This thread has taken some less than respectable turns.......That being said, I don't know anyone on here whom I wouldn't want to meet. I have enjoyed many spirited conversations with you guys and gals..
But if I have to pick a few then I'd love to meet......S2000 and pick his brain about a few specific investments, and to run a few fingers through that mullet! ;-) Any of my fellow combat veterans Danny Doyle, just to have a few shots and a round of golf. |

He seems like he is pretty smart when it comes to investments. He actually helped me out a little in understanding the importance of weighting an investment portfolio. I wouldn't mind picking a few stocks on my own and then talking with S2000 and get his views on my stock picks. I have been re-reading "The Intelligent Investor" when I have the opportunity because I would like to practice picking stocks for a year or two to see if I am any good. Plus another book written by Lobo, but I am unsure if his recommendation will be as good as the "Intelligent Investor." I am pretty conservative when it comes to investment and finance.

Correction Anderson,
Not a book written by Lobo but a book recommended by Lobo. Caught the grammar mistake after re-reading the post I made to you.
