I think with some creativity, this deck can be used as a nice utility in some effects.

The thing about this is that every layperson, when they see flourishing, immediately suspects threads or magnets in the deck. With this they'll be right.
This may be for some but it's not for me... Best, Ben |

I think it might be better to use it as a decoration for my family's car ... Since magnets can attract , it saves me the time of having to find glue ...

I was looking for new stuff on a magic shop's website and I found this "m deck" (magnetic, miracle, mmm)... I watched the video and I think that the thing that surprised me the most was watching Granel as the creator, long time without hearing about him.
I'm not an expert with flourishes. As a matter of fact some years ago I injured my left hand practicing some sports, everything's fine right now, no problem at all... but of course when flourishes come to mind my left hand is not as good as it can be. Which is my point? I prefer to practice a hundred of times the natural flourish rather than practicing something... "fake" (?) Maybe it should be sold to beginners but... at the same time I'm thinking that maybe it's not as easy as it looks. Maybe for 5 bucks or 10 I would buy it just to take a look at it. |

I got this yesterday, best to avoid it, it's not worth the price. It's not a groundbreaking deck, I probably won't use it.

Only a small stack ? For this price ? Is every card in the stack magnetic ? Or is it just an entire stack of cards glued together with a thick shim inside there ?
I will pass this ...

Thanks for the information . I don't think much could be done with the deck though .

I just received this and had a chance to watch the video.
I was VERY disappointed. First, any flourishes have nothing to do with the magnets in the cards. The cards are taped together. This isn't giving away any secret, because there is not magic secret here. Just a pile of cards taped together with a magnet at either end that serves little purpose. I was thinking that I would be able to show the cards separately and then build something that would hold together because the cards are magnetic. NOT THE CASE. The flourishes taught were clumsy and apparently the focus was on quantity, not quality. I also notice that one person in this thread who purchased it and had somewhat positive things to say turned around and sold theirs a few days later, and never came back to post an honest review. I can't recommend this at all. KJ |

If you're referring to me, any comments I made in this thread were before I purchased it. It was not what I expected at all and sold it right away. I would not recommend this.
If someone releases an actual magnetic deck, then sign me up. |

Sorry, my bad. I agree with you, the concept sounds great, but this was total crap.

I was very disappointed with this product. The teaching on the DVD was also terrible
