What I often do is get a person to think of a card, then after the process of mind reading I will name two cards (4 of hearts and 5 of hearts for example), one of them being the right one and then commit to the wrong one.
I think this looks very real and people are still very impressed (if not more). |

Yes, Bob.
But in a prediction, I think it's better 99% accuracy, no more and no less. Nobody wants to see a mentalist, who after a long procedure, shows the number 10 when the audience came up with 11. Of curse, there are exceptions.
