Depends on the dealer you bought it from. It could be an Ali item. Was it a reputable dealer?
Here in the Philippines it is very hard to find quality products. Most magicians make very little money, so they do not want to spend much - and the shops all stock low grade China ripoffs. I had a local shop owner try to buy my Bicycle cards because I am American and had real Bicycle decks. The rope I have seen at the shops here is horrid.
