Was there ever an instructional video made of the effects from the original Stars of Magic book?
Many thanks. |

No , to the best of my knowledge there never was any instructional video made showing the routines from the stars of magic book , but I do recall Meir Yehid saying that in the future he would be doing just such a project with eric decamps

Your best option would probably be Johnny Thompson's "Commercial Classics of Magic" series. Thompson performs and explains quite a few routines from that book: The Travelers, Triumph, Chink-A-Chink, Leipzig's Pride, Mental Card Miracle, Hanky Panky, Spellbound, Cutting the Aces and Malini's Card Stab. If you like the material from Stars of Magic, you'll certainly like the rest of Johnny Thompson's aptly titled video series.

Absolutely Uli! The Johnny Thompson "Commercial Classics of Magic" series amounts to a video tutorial of the contents in Stars of Magic. When you see Thompson perform these effects, you realize how good they really are.

Interesting. I would have thought that with all of the average to lousy products out there that this one would have been a no-brainer for someone along the way.
Many thanks for the responses. |
