I have been around haunted attractions for years. I have managed them. I have built them. Hell, I had one (The Haunted Chamber) permanently in my home for 19 years. For the most part, I get really bored with the typical "teenagers with chainsaws" haunts that I see everywhere. I prefer good acting, gorgeous sets, and a passion for haunted theater.

With that said, if you agree, and if you are anywhere near Western PA (and to me, "anywhere" means within a few hours), you NEED to visit Castle Blood. It is everything that I like, and more. Plus, they recently moved into their new, permanent location: an old funeral home.

Check them out online, and then plan your trip to the ONLY attraction that I go to EVERY October.
