I am extremly excited that my annual trek to Southbury CT. is coming up soon. This will be my 4th year at the ICBM Gathering of the Magi. This November 6-8 I will be hanging out with many friends, making new friends, and growing and learning in my magic in ways that many other conventions can only dream about.
http://www.icbmmagick.com/news/view/4 - Check out the website, and if you are anywhere near the area, you should check out this gem of a convention. While originaly this convention was for magicians in the Bizarre realm, the convention has taken on a modern slant and encourages magicians of all genres to come and join in. Mentalists, Bizarrists, Story Tellers, and classic magicians will all get something out of this convention. Its not your typical "share your latest card flourish" and "4 hour magic auction" type convention. Where else would one stay up until 4 o'clock in the morning with magicians discussing character development, and sharing stories? This is one of those weekends where you come back home refreshed, invigorated, and ready to unleash a whole bunch of magic creativity! See you there!!! S. Patrick |

Once again Joe Cabral put on another successful gathering. If you are looking for a new convention to attend, it should be this one.

It is the one event that my son and I travel 3,500 miles to attend every year!
Stories....?....That's telling!
