First one I bring to mind here is the incredible "Warsaw Concerto" - but the movie, was it called "Dangerous Moonlight", Anton Wallbrook? Quite abysmal.

Then some of those Rogers and Hammerstein movies, - the music was out of this world, but don't you think the story a little 'thin' on "South Pacific" - but yet melodies like Younger Than Springtime, Some Enchanted Evening, Bali-Hi, This Nearly Was Mine etc. Remember going to see this as a kid in 'fabulous Todd-AO'!!

The coneheads movie wasn't very good but Soul to Squeeze by the Red Hot Chili Peppers is one of my favorite songs.
