I know these things always take a lot longer than you expect ... but it would be nice to get a rough idea of your target release date.

We are aiming for a release party at MINDS Convention in July..

Is there any idea on what the price will be? Need to know if I should start putting away my pennies.

Final price has not been decided yet but the production cost is high and I think I can safely say this will be one of the most visually stunning mentalism books ever. It won't be over priced for the amount of blood sweat and tears that have gone into this 10 year journey

Bonus skills of mind reading graphic designer will no doubt make this a lovely book to own.

By that reasoning, maybe Looch shouldn't publish it at all.

Are you saying you want this to be mass produced, mass marketed, and mass sold? So you want influence to be on youtube performed by pre-teens? Ideas as valuable as those coming from Looch deserve greater respect.

Who said anything about it being "mass produced, mass marketed, and mass sold"? Limited runs are OK, but you said premium editions, which means high priced, and kids who post on Youtube have bucks too, and so producing only premium, high-priced editions does nothing to restrict the information being sold. And what good does a book do sitting on your shelf? And who anointed you to determine who should have access to this information?

Dear Sirs, I don't mean the book should not be limited. Looch may decide to vet each buyer before he sells the limited edition. That's certainly right to keep the book away from wrong hands. I only request that buyers should have a choice if they want to pay for leather binding and beautiful pages. They should not have to pay for visual elements if they are only looking for information. After all, we are 'mental'ists. Two editions like Bairn may be a good idea. Thanks!

The Black Project is MORE than a book. It is a 2 volume hardback set in a box with online access to performance videos, memoirs, forum and interviews. Owners will be buying the entire project, which will be designed in a specififc way. This is the only vision that I have for the project and its the only way in which it will be presented to the community.
