It looks like Jason Dean had this on a DVD about a decade ago, but it's just been released as an instant download on Penguin and looks pretty amazing. Anyone know the difficulty level?

I have the original DVDs Dean did with John Born and liked this effect very much. Not too difficult at all (no edge grips, back palms, muscle passes, etc.).

It's a great variation on Translocation. If you don't already know Translocation, you can't go wrong buying this. It's a very strong routine.

On the original DVDs, he points out that it can be done on another person's legs as well--a more risqué approach, granted.
