A big advantage for Bang On is that nobody will suspect you to have a whole deck of cards in one little wallet.
It requires pocket space but you can get around it. I will not tip the method and ideas behind it but it is possible. So it is a matter of perspective. My bang on only uses d****e b***s but no d****e p**s?! Or is it meaning the same? I assume that Lynx Wallet uses the same concept to reduce space. all the best |

I never got the hang of Bang On even though I still have it.
I did not use it enough to be able to remember everything required so it ended up in my draw. This however is no thicker than the wallet I carry normally and is far easier to pick up and do within minutes. The bonus ideas I have given our customers mean you have next to nothing to remember which makes this very workable to me considering the amount of magic I review each week. This is within anyones skill and memory level whereas Bang On takes some practice to get smooth and quick every time. I'm not knocking Bang On it's a great trick but was not for me due to the memory work.

Surely an ID deck is better than a wallet and achieves the same thing ?

However I do not agree with it and let me explain why: First you show the place where the envelope comes from, and the audience completely examines the compartment. Believe it or not this is a huge selling point about Lynx Wallet. And second, we have performed Lynx Wallet hundreds of times in the real world for real people, and never, even once, anyone told us that we had a "deck of cards inside the wallet". By the way we would like to thank Saturn Magic for the awesome and honest review about Lynx Wallet. All the best, Gonçalo |

With Lynx Wallet they simply have no clue because they examine the wallet and they make sure that there is only one envelope envolved. Also with Lynx Wallet you may perform a great and very funny 6 minute stage act: http://youtu.be/zy5QWpAPU1Q All the best, Gonçalo |

Hello
Gonçalo Gil, one of the creators of the wallet, performed the effect at my wedding last year. My feedback is based on the reaction from the guests in "real life environment" and it KILLED. Spectators saw a “thin” wallet with just one envelope in the beginning, so when the reveal was made smoothly in one gesture it is clear in their minds that the magician only had one card from the beginning. Another good thing I’ve noticed is that the trick has instant reset, because Gonçalo was doing it one table after another with no interruption. Regards Miguel Ramalho

By the way, I do have bang on and it is a great trick.
Even though bang on wallet is a little thinner than Lynx Wallet, a lot of people said that I must have more wallets in my pockets, or the wallet should have been in full view from the beginning. And this was when the idea for Lynx Wallet began. |

Thanks

At the time I wrote this I already ordered Lynx Wallet.
My comment was not meant to belittle Lynx Wallet in any way. I just wanted to express my love with Bang On and clarify some of the earlier statements. The earlier comment about d****e p**s didn't make sense to me. I'am looking forward to Lynx Wallet as I think it might be a versatile tool. Reminds me of a predator. |

I am big fan of this plot. I have bang on, on the mark, kollosal killer, heirloom, webber wallet and now I have the lynx too. the lynx wallet is fat, very fat. for me it look odd when you show so little in the wallet compartment but it is still fat. my favorite to use out of all of them is on the mark because the wallet is very thin and the named card is impossible the only one in the envelope.

I do love Bang on, and I have done it everyday I preform until I have Lynx Wallet. But lynx wallet has a big advantage ; "One Wallet, One Envelope, Any named Card" As you can see, I took a picture of Lynx wallet and on the mark, side by side LEFT PHOTO - Lynx Wallet RIGHT PHOTO - On the Mark If you think that Lynx wallet is fatter than On the mark I have to disagree. However with lynx wallet you don´t need to do elimination process. You have FREE choices every time you perform it. I hope you enjoy Lynx Wallet. Cheers, Gonçalo Click here to view attached image. |

The idea of one wallet is a big deal for me and I would suspect most others, Pocket real estate is worth quite a lot.
Gonçalo, Can I assume these pix you posted are not yet "Loaded" |
