We'll go a little further now, saying it'll be close; Patriots by 3.

Off by One!
Missed it by only one point. No, no, I never charge money for my gift. If you feel so inclined, just leave something in the jar by the door. (Wink!)

Told you. This is a genuine quote from a post made many hours before the game.

I predict that there will be a commercial that revolves around the implication of fornicating for the first time...a guy will even say that the first time that he did it was with his parents and that it was kind of awkward but that it made them closer together...you will even see a woman doing it in the commercial...after you watch the superbowl and the commercials, let's see if I am right...

Not sure if I will be right...these are just some thoughts in my head right now...

Coach made one of the worst play calls of all time one yard from scoring. Wow. No one would have predicted that.

Indeed -- I can confirm that I remember reading those exact words from you in advance of the game! Well done!

I actually heard a sports commentator say "The Superbowl will be won by the team that plays the hardest and puts the most points on the board."

Seriously....

Also: WHO could have predicted that drive crushing play choice? You've got a ground game that's on fire and you choose to pass into traffic. Of course. Smile I think we may be seeing some of those guys in the CFL soon.

I was kind of happy that the defense blew up a questionably legal pick play. Illegal picks in that situation, forcing the referees to make a judgement call, are really an abuse of the spirit of fair play.

I was wondering who would be the first to gloat.

You may not have noticed, but it was Seattle's Richard Sherman who was the first to run over to Tom Brady to congratulate New England for their win.

A well played game by both sides!

Was that the same Richard Sherman who was mugging to the camera making fun of Revis as time was winding down? You know, I think it was.

But it was a great game and, of course, the final score was predicted correctly by Madden 15. hahahahaha
