Just the other day I got the Flash Production Table from Hank Lee's Magic Factory.
Very often we are quick to complain, but slow to praise.
I sent Hank Lee an e-mail, praising this item; not only is it a great idea, the price is remarkably low!
Check it out for yourself:

(Even my long-suffering wife likes this one -- and that's saying something!)

cheers,

Peter,

Is it just like the original Walsh Production Table/

Bill,
I don't know the Walsh table but this one has a tripod base, slender chrome central rod, and small table top.
It opens in less than a second and, while you can't balance an elephant on it, it IS sturdy enough to hold most props.

Bill is right...it is just like the old Walsh Table. The one available at present is excellent value for money although the working surface is small and it cannot hold heavy items.

It is worth getting one though!

All the best

Now the measurements say 12" x 5"... this, so far, is what has kept me from purchasing this item. I feel like that is a very small surface to do well, anyhting on. Is this table just meant to hold props, or can it be used as a performing surface too? I love the idea of the effect but the small surface has me questioning it.

Bill,
I use that same flash production table, it is great! Never had a problem with it!
