I perform the Magic Square (in my role as a corporate trainer). I get the audience to choose two numbers via the roll of two giant dice. So the effect appears like I am amazing with numbers.

I'm wondering if it would be better to have someone write the number on the back of a business card and I put it in my Hideout Wallet. And sneak a p**k. Thus it has a more magical connection when I reveal their selected number via the Magic Square.

I don't have a Hideout wallet and new to mentalism. Would this work well?

That's what I used to do with my SUC. Worked for me. You'll do better posting in the Penny for Your Thoughts section and Inner Thoughts (when you reach 50 posts) for mentalism related questions. Over here, we're just math geeks.

I agree, wait until you hit 50 and go to inner thoughts (you won't get much on methods in Penny, though might get a helpful PM or two if you go about it properly - read sticky up top). FYI, the Hideout is my wallet of choice for one of my variants in my ebook Subliminal Squares.
