How is the 21st Century of Change Project to get rid of the world’s industrialized economies going?
It seems to me, to be going well, as we are now 15 years into it and already the USA and Europe are starting to look like the third world.

First time I ever heard of it.
Why would anyone want to get rid of the industrialized economies? Because they ARE industrialized?

ie Agenda 21 project of the United Nations with regard to sustainable development. It is a product of the Earth Summit (UN Conference on Environment and Development) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992. 'Isn't the only hope for the planet that the industrialised civilisations collapse? Isn't it our responsibility to bring that about?' - Maurice Strong, founder of the UN Environmental Programme, from his Opening Speech, Rio Earth Summit, 1992. How is it going?

Yes but how is it going?
Well anyway it seems to me the project is going well: During the past i5 years, employment in manufacturing as a share of total employment has fallen dramatically in the world’s most advanced economies, a phenomenon widely referred to as "deindustrialization." That England and America are literally falling apart nicely: The roads are littered with potholes, gas pipes are exploding, bridges are structurally deficient and dams or levees are just a rainstorm away from wiping out neighbourhoods. Governments are slashing their budgets and putting off repairs, which all helps.

Uhh... Mr. Dumpty, you attribute the de-industrialization fail as a consequence of govts slashing their budgets. But one who tries to get more govt spending is immediately called a socialist by your gang. And indeed, socialists are exactly the ones who have been agitating for more govt spending for infrastructure. You used to have a decent transportation system until Thatcher took an ax to it.
Meanwhile your friends the capitalists move manufacturing jobs overseas in order to make greater profit. I understand how you're loath to criticize the ones who you aspire to be, but let's call things by their right names. Liberals and socialists agitate for more govt spending on projects that help infrastructure. If you don't believe me, check your Parliament. Capitalists make laws to make it easy to move jobs overseas. If you don't believe me, check your Parliament again. Do you need anti-gravity boots to keep from falling in your upside-down world?

The project by capitalists to maximize their profits is going well. Record profits from industry. Lots more jobs off-shored. Much more privatization and de-funding of essential government services by the Milton Friedman/austerity crowd. Any other questions?

In short, we are all on the Titanic.
Agenda 21 was adopted by the Plenary. Well, sir, what do you suggest? We stand here and shed tears and call each other names... or shall we go to Istanbul?

First call things by their right names, so that we are not continually turning to the wrong people and wrong policies for answers.
If you don't understand that above everything else the Rockefellers are capitalists, then there's little hope of changing things. That's the problem with you Alex Jones people; you recognize the problems, but you are completely ahistorical, and so don't understand what causes the problems. You like the romanticism of the Illuminati and so on; but the conspiracy, if that's the word you like, is right under your nose and it's called capitalism. But you see, you think you're going to Find the Queen and make a killing, so you don't want to call out the monte dealer as a cheat. But, friend, all I can tell you is--if you bet on the bent card, you're going to lose. You're a wide-read guy. Read some Marx. The Communist Manifesto is a good place to start. Not that I am a communist. But it will give you a better idea of what capitalism is and how it works.

What are you talking about exactly? Note: I have not mentioned "Rockefellers" "capitalists" "Communist" "conservatives" "Marx" and so on. It is you that have done so. Why? Agenda 21 was adopted by the world, every nation more or less everybody on the planet. Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, of all sorts and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.
