TV, barely use it anyway.

Every time you pass up the opportunity to flip that switch into the ON position, you're taking food OFF my table. Do you really want to be the reason I starve to death? I didn't think so.

A few years after I left, they went out of business. They did try switching over to what were becoming the more popular platforms, but for whatever reason, it didn't work for them. To this day, however, I do see a (very!) few folks carrying pagers. Not sure why, and I never asked.

As far as modern conveniences I can do without, I would have to say all-in-one printers, as the ones I've experienced seem to be broken more than they are working properly. Guess that's not 100% in the spirit of the OP's question, though....
One thing that comes to mind is hot water for showers (not cleaning clothes, dishes, etc...). I still remember being in a small hotel in another country and not having hot water for showers. The first morning my body just shivered. The second morning, it wasn't so bad. From the 3rd morning on I didn't even notice.

I believe the pagers used today are satellite based instead if using cellular network. This makes them more reliable with better coverage.

I have always had the ability to wake up at any particular time without an alarm of any kind. I can also tell what time it is within five minutes without looking at any kind of time piece, cell phone, computer clock, etc. I just have a strong internal sense of time and direction.

Recently I realize I could do without Slim Jims.
Never cared for them much to start but lately they've been leaving a real bad taste in my mouth. B

They are NOT as useful for getting in your car as some people seem to think! Just leave little grease smears on the window.

When I'm not doing what I'm doing, I live in the Philippines and found that I get by fine without a lot of modern conveniences. There is no hot water in our house or air-conditioning. Life is slow and pleasant.
I can do without television and 98% of the movies released.

There was very little love lost between the two of them.
