Can someone help me understand how to load a coin silently onto a table from CP? I feel like I am missing the obvious somehow.

Drop to fingertip rest, rotate to semi back Palm, leave on table. See matting techniques on the NYCMS DVD series.

The matting technique! One of the BEST kept secrets in Coin Magic! Hate ta have this on an open forum. This, like the JW Grip, should be kept on the Down Low. LOVE it!
