Hi

I signed up and paid for FISM via their web site.
I had some big problems - as they charged my credit card two times in same day.
After many emails, they did reverse the duplicate charge.

But I have not had anything from them to confirm my payment or registration.

My emails to them go unanswered

Any ideas, suggestions, etc?

I don't want to fly all the way to Italy only to have a "mix up"
on my payment or booking.
