I'd recommend emailing the guys at The Magic Warehouse and asking them, but my guess is that it's what you're thinking it is
http://themagicwarehouse.com/contact.html sales@themagicwarehouse.com or you could call them 410-363-7318 |

Taterini, thank you for the reply, but I was hoping to get opinions from people who bought the deck.
Well, judging from the quietness of this post, I guess I will order it and review it myself then. Hopefully it will arrive soon and I will be of assistance to people who need a review like me |

I actually started a thread about this product, but it never gained any response.
CMT VN, lots can be done with such a deck. Personally, I would use it for a memorization demonstration (the cards are mixed and shuffled and then I proceed to quickly memorize them and call them out in order). Other ideas might include forcing a card and using it as a drawing duplication, or placing the deck in a stacked order and allowing people to choose cards and read their mind directly. I like the rather plain back design and case. |

I'm really just sick of drawing trees and houses and watches. With such a deck like this, I image the routine will have much more imagination. Will review it as soon as I can |

I live and perform in South East Asia and the idea of ESP, or ESP cards are relatively unheard of, making it hard for me to help the audience 'connect' to the magic. These design are to the point and need not an explaination. I especially love the card with the Rorschach test in the ad. I hope there is more of them inside the deck I really appriciate your ideas, they all sound good. I just wonder if it is marked? or is it possible to marked them since they have no clear 'grouping'? Thank you for your reply Tai |

Tai,
I don't think there is many ink blot pictures in the deck. For ink blot, you might like to check these out.. http://www.card-shark.de/iphone/showitem......ArtID=89 Dr. Landman designed these and the quality is amazing. Also, this thread offers more information on symbol decks. http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......forum=82 Hope this helps. Matthew |

Matthew, thank you very much for the help.
I did not even know there is an ink blot deck. Such ignorance!!! Thank you. I got shopping to do then. |

I have the MSP. Not going to write a review, but feel free to ask any questions.
Spent 25 years as a close-up magician before turning to mentalism, so I personally like it very much. |

Broothal,
I have a few questions... What will you be using it for, personally? How many different designs are there? I see that it says there are 26, but then it says there are 26 more. This is a little confusing. Are the backs marked? Thanks, Matthew |

Hi Matthew,
So, there's 26 symbols, each corresponding to a letter in the alphabet, creating an instant stack. There are 26 more cards, consisting of various gaffs (double backers etc). The cards are not marked, which is something I would have expected. I haven't put the cards into my professional repetoire, but I am audience testing a routine right now using the Rorshach ink-blob card. It goes like this: I show the different designs and have a spectator select one, being careful not to show it to anyone but himself. I then introduce the Rorshack ink card and explain that it is said that various people read various things into the ink blob. I show the Rorshack card to another spectator and ask if she knows what it is. She says no. I ask her to describe the shapes or even draw what she gets from the image. She ends up drawing almost (but not quite) the symbol the first spectator has selected. A few easy sleights (top change, double undercut, double lift) and some of the gaffed cards makes this possible. Also working on a routine combining the Springboard principle with a Peter Turner idea (neither of those are mine to explain though). |

I just got a deck today. I honestly really like the idea of the Rorschach card with the routine given.
The cards are SUPER high quality, the images look great and the teaching is very well done. I like Anton's way of thinking and he explains things very well. I will be trying this out more along the way, but they are a nice change for "mentalism" as opposed to playing cards. Well done Anton! |

I posted a small thank you for the people who watch the review show I started and took a peek at the deck. There is a lot packed into this and the training website has a bunch on it as well. I'm a fan! |

Hi smullins - never seen your vids before but I loved this review. Simple, effective, a physical look at the product itself, and overall to the point. Thanks so much, really enjoyed!

Thanks DynaMix.
That's EXACTLY what the show is about. It's just point out products that I think are worth peoples times. There is SO much out there on the shelves you could do reviews on crappy items all day. Finding the good stuff takes time and luckily I've built a pretty awesome bookshelf over the past few years with a LOT of share. |

I just received the cards (right now) just opened and the quality is great, this will last two lifetime!
Is a known concept in mentalism, but with many extras bit and pieces added to the deck which you can use for different routines. I like very much.
