I have reached out to Hocus Pocus as well, however I wanted to know if anyone who bought the prop has had problems with it just ceasing to work, I you did any trouble shooting, what you found and how did you fix it.
Mine just quite and after replacing batteries and other simple trouble shooting the RC arm motor has stopped. The clock makes a perfect ending for my show and I want/need to get it working again. I am afraid I will need to gut it and rebuild it, but wanted to check here first. Pete

Hi Peter:
When I first recieved mine had an isssue with it working but I think I over wound it. Was able to get it working. Sounds like your issue is more in the electronics. Might want to try applying power directly to the motor with some wire leads to see if it works. That will help narrow down if the isssue is in the motor or the receiver. |

Thanks JM, I called Paul at Hocus Pocus and he is taking care of the problem, as always, with his excellent customer service.
Pete
