I have never done sponge balls because I do period magic (ren and Victorian) so I would need to use something natural. There are, of course, lots of natural sponges available but can anyone point me to colorful ones that would work well for sponge ball tricks?

I have done Bible school 'Market Place 32 A.D.' by cutting up a sponge I got at an auto supply store.

They have sea sponges at craft stores that are a yellowish color.
Reality is a real killjoy.

I am curious why you would like to add it if it doesn't fit the motif?
I am really just curious. |
