It's really going to depend on the titles you have. Typically though, they won't be worth as much as books. Denny Haney has a lot of lecture notes, so you may want to check his site and see what he's selling them for. Some, like Michael Webers, will go for a good amount, but most are fairly inexpensive.

It's hard to say. You can do a search for the notes online and see how much they sold for in the past, and take some kind of average.
