I can not imagine owning 1,200 of anything much less 12,000.
I think the only reason I have over 120 of anything is I buy card decks by the case so for a while I have a lot. I never understood collecting. I drove classic cars, I just don't understand having something and not using it. I must be odd.

We gambled with both flipped cards and played potsy for marbles. I still have over 3,000 marbles that I won over the years. They are fun to look at. The baseball cards unfortunately I no longer have. I kept the wrong stuff.

I probably have 1200 books. That's about all I can think of.

Apparently in Florida, which is a gun friendly place (isn't it?), having 115 guns (collected over 20+ years) is unusual enough to bring a gun collector "social-media fame" and news stories written about him.
http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/lookout/flor......522.html I imagine that the dead collector from California would have been treated like a god in Florida.

I have 12,000 things that I can't throw out because they may come in handy one day, but no ammunition.

Or in Canada.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.
