Does anyone do the dancing napkin in their show? I can't imagine that you would get anything but a great reaction.

Are you sure you're not referencing a dancing hank?

A, It doesn't use a non plyable material like paper.

B, Any type of animated prop is performed best by someone into theatre as opposed to someone who paints by the numbers. People who've studied puppetry especially, are better at "breathing life" into inanimate objects like balls, tables and handkerchiefs.

Agreed Jay,

after eight years working puppets my routine with "The Thing" is finally worth using in public. You have to be able to act to make it worthwhile for an audience.
