I guess I saw this near the end of the Cool Box offer. Did anyone pick this up and care to comment on the gimmick?
I'm guessing it's different from Card-Toon in that you are forcing the card as opposed to it being a truly free choice. |

I bought it today.
Pros: It looks super cool. Reminiscent of a Ron Jaxon trick called VCR. Unlike that gimmick though, I love how "freely" you can handle that single card. Cons: It's a bit of an arts & craft expedition. You probably don't have the required supplies at home. There's also one additional equipment, the one that starts with the letter 'i', which will be hard to find at an arts supply store. Sure you can get it at a magic shop for about $15, but I really don't want to spend that much more. You're really paying to learn how to construct the gimmick. |
