Looks like DVS 2.0 (and I don't mean that in a bad way as DVS was one of the most underrated projects to come out in a while). Really looking forward to this. |

How much card expertise is necessary in doing this vs. more showmanship and presentation? I'm not a big card guy but love the concept of trick

I would also like to know the difficulty on this.

This is super easy to do.
Obviously there are some routines out of the 7 taught that require a bit more skill, but it's so easy that Mark does it blindfolded. (Which should indicate that their are no knuckle-busting sleights required to perform the main SEER principle.) |

Will anything be found when the spectator inspects the blindfold? (Sorry for so many questions, I'm just pretty interested in this).

I am not going to comment on what a GREAT product this is, because I am friends with Mark and I do not want to give a bias opinion. I will simply say this.....what you see in the trailer is EXACTLY what you get. You really are blindfolded....the spectator really mixes.....you can use the spectators deck....etc.
It does take some practice, but that just means that some people will pass up this gold because they do not want to put in the VERY SHORT time to takes to practice and understand the method. In a day when there is so much editing in magic trailers that leave out a couple key points, this one delivers on its promise. David Corsaro
My new DVD ("The magic of David Corsaro") is now available from your favorite dealer. Watch the DVD that Daryl, Jon Allen, Shawn Farquhar, Boris Wild, Marc DeSouza, Asi Wind and Paul Green ALL ENDORSE.

Have to agree with TUNEHV, looks like DVS 2.0, though the final shuffles rather just cuts would make DVS less workable I think.

Now that was a fun trailer to watch.

I've got DVS but this fooled the hell out of me! especially if it can be a genuinely borrowed deck!
There are two rules for success..... 1. Never reveal everything you know.

Can this trick be reset and done again with the same deck but a different selection? (ie. Table hopping)?

It's a shame that Mark chose Ellusionist to release this and Geraint to come on here and tout it.
I'm once bitten, twice shy. It's nothing personal, Mark, but I will never buy from Ellusionist again. I hope that you got a free trip to California out of this just like Lloyd Barnes did. You deserved it, in my opinion.

Wasn't really thinking of doing this table hopping, just wanted to use the analogy. Thanks for your quick reply, going to give this a go. |
