Effect: Borrow a bill from a spectator. Place the bill on your hand and give it a magical gesture. The bill will begin to float and fly into air. But that kind of flight pattern would look really cool with paper butterflies. . . wonder if you could do more than one at a time?

Not even. With the way the hands have to move it gives away the gimmick. I would bet any layman would think there is a line in play.
