INVISIBLE CARD ( https://store.theory11.com/products/invi......ake-vogt )
BLAKE VOGT With your hand held in a closed fist, you ask your spectator to think of ONE playing card. You slowly open your hand, and THAT card is folded inside. Four years in the making. It started as an impossible dream: a simple, powerful, practical effect with a SINGLE playing card. As performed by Blake Vogt close-up, on stage, and for millions of people LIVE on the FOX New Year’s Eve Countdown. This is an effect you will keep in your pocket every minute of every day. When the moment strikes: you’ll be ready. No switches. No setup. No reset. You hold your hand out in a closed fist, and you tell the spectator to think of one card in the deck. They can change their mind as much as they want.Under those impossible conditions, you reveal just ONE card folded in your hand. What card were they thinking of? Jack of Diamonds? You open the card - it matches. 100% of the time. Durable & Built to Last We spared no expense in creation of this routine, with a goal of making the method as beautiful, efficient, and effective as the trick itself. Includes a handcrafted gimmick engineered by Blake Vogt, Jonathan Bayme, and Jeremy Hanrahan to last HUNDREDS of performances. Buy Now Invisible Card includes a handcrafted gimmick, protective pocket carrying case, and HD streaming instruction. You'll have everything you need to perform The Invisible Card for YEARS to come. $49.95 Shipping Note: Each set is individually handcrafted, so please allow up to 3 days for shipping. |

Blake performed this for me in person at Magic Live and it looked very nice. He also shared the method which to my surprise, the gimmick is very well made and based on the quality, should last for more than hundreds of performances as stated on the add copy. Anyways, the only real issue I see would be angles as you cannot display the face for long due to how you'll hold the card.

I like this. Can tell whats going on but without having the gimmick in hand looks very nice. I sure someone cant hold the card after but who cares. Looks crazy.

Since it's sold out, I can't see this info on the site; does anyone know what this is priced at?

I imagine it can be any of the court cards. Equivoque is just used to force them to think of a court card. All speculation.

Just watch the demo. It shows everything you need to know as to what cards can and cannot be used and how they are selected.

I know exactly how it works. I'm just interested to know why the advertising gives a completely false presentation: you tell someone to think of one card in the deck.

I don't see why one couldn't achieve the same effect with equivoque. With a good performance, it should appear the same.

Yes you could do it with a very good magicians choice, but that's hardly an ideal method albeit a practical one. Is that the same one that Blake did in the New Year's party for Pitbull?
