I made the mistake of buying a DD frozen coffee coolatta lite today. Awful, awful, stuff.

When I think Coolatta, I think coffee-flavored ice cream. And Frappuccino. When I think frappuccino, I think:
"White Girl at Starbucks: I'll have a double mocha supreme latté frappuccino extra ugg boot friendzone yoga pants spray tan please" - Kevin Hart When I get coffee, I order it like Miles O'Brien on Star Trek (using his voice): "Coffee, black. Extra sweet."

I found it amazing when visiting the U.S how many liked their coffee black and sweet.
One rarely sees that in Australia, unsweetened and creamy is the go..... If anyone gets to visit Melbourne, please go to Proud Mary ( http://www.proudmarycoffee.com.au/ ), proudly owned by my good friend Nolan. Personally I think it's the best Café on the planet. Nolan is right up there amongst the best baristas in the world. If you go to the website, order yourself a Ghostrider blend and revel in the phenomenon ( http://www.proudmarycoffee.com.au/collec......ostrider ) Kam

How does Starbucks get away with selling a large cup of hot milk with a bit of coffee as cappuccino?

The only good thing my father taught me...to drink my coffee black. That way you're never disappointed when there's no cream or sugar (plus it just tastes better that way!)

You've never had Navy/Marine Corps coffee. In the navy, some "culinary specialist" pours way too many grounds in there, and it instantly tastes burnt (you have to water it down). In the Marines, when in the field, the chow tent makes a big old stock pot full of grounds and hot water, and you just dip your mug in. It's fine unless you're the poor sap who gets the bottom of the batch.

I've spent my time in military and have been to the field with all branches. Navy had best coffee, army second. Marines usually chewed the instant coffee from MREs. We in the Air Force didn't want to stain our fine china with coffee, so usually stuck with tea.

LOL and here I thought you didn't know. My ship has the worst coffee... Trust me, I've had good navy coffee. I take it back, DC Central has the best coffee, but you have to be in good with the Engineers. The mess decks coffee is like hot pavement.
