It is a tough decision but I might go with
Bob Cassidy Max Maven Luke Jermay Ian Rowland Ken Dyne I chose these five because 1) they all teach great routines like any other lectures mentioned above and didn't get mentioned above 2) they are very entertaining to watch. Not "hahaha" entertaining, but..uhh... you know. entertaining. Zee |

My recommendations are -
Looch Atlas Docc Hilford Luke Jermay Osterlind 2 And get Bob Cassidys lecture dvd. Or switch out any one of the above except Osterlind for Cassidy. |

He has 75 reviews averaging 5 stars for a reason. Also check his lecture thread on here more glowing reviews: http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......start=60 Either way, you have some great material to look forward to watching. Enjoy! |

My personal favourites were: Marc Paul Bob Cassidy Marc Spelmann Ken Dyne Ted K All brilliant in their own way

A little surprised nobody mentioned Charles Gauci's lecture. He's not as popular as the other names and I'll be the first to admit his lecture performance was not exactly AGT material, but c'mon - nobody? The download even includes some decent lecture notes. I'm only mentioning this one because his lecture has evidently fallen far off so many people's radar so soon.

Interesting that PT was not mentioned as a fave by anyone. Granted it wasn't one of the selections suggested by the OP but still....

Thank you, I am flattered to have been considered by some of you as worthy of listing.
The toughest thing about doing one of these lectures is choosing a variety of material that will a) play well in that room, and b) have enough variety for everyone to hopefully take something away from. I'd be interested in hearing which elements of my Penguin you got most out of - for my own development basically. Many thanks! - K

Marc Spelmann and Peter Turner are the only ones I have seen so far. I thought both were good lectures.

In my opinion,
Ian Rowland is the best 2nd best lecture on penguin, however I have seen very few post about the Mark Elsdon lecture that I consider the best lecture that I have ever seen live or online. so my list: assuming you know none of the material from said performers. 1. (and not even close) Mark Elsdon 2. Ian Rowland 3. Richard Osterlind (again, assuming you are not familiar with his material). 4. Mr. Cassidy the true living legend 5. Ted K (although the entertainment value/his performance didn't evoke deep emotions) his material is super commercial and great. Just my two pennies. Respect, Billy ***, Looch 1 also...lol, ok that's six |

This thread is very helpful because I am also planning on buying 5 mentalism lectures. There is just so much material, it's hard to decide. However, I'll definitely go for:
1. Ken Dyne 2. Looch 3. Atlas Brookings Thank you all for your amazing feedback. |
