Hi, this happened last night and is still continuing as of this posting;
I tried searching for locking ring as an exact phrase and repeatedly received the message: "Fatal error. Database access problem. Code PH235." When I changed to an "all of the words" search I got 23 pages of results. But obviously having to search through all that looking for posts that discussed locking rings kind of negates the value of the search function. Just thought I'd bring this to your attention. |

"Exact Phrase" not working again. "Expanded Morgan Dollar Shell" FATAL ERROR: Database access problem. Code PH235 all words search works though.

I don't know if it helps, but I get the same error message when using Exact Phrase search.

I just tried it again with both my admin and standard accounts and neither of those had an error when searching an exact phrase, no matter what words I tried searching. Unfortunately, I can't fix what I can't see, and I just can't see it! This is frustrating ...

I've tried it several times through out the day and I didn't see any problems either however, I am now getting the error.

Well, I still couldn't make it error out on me, but I made some changes to hopefully help those who *are* having problems. Basecially, I took a couple guesses based on the recent work I did. If you are still having propblems please tell me so I can continue to look for the cause. If you aren't now, then maybe those changes helped?

Gene, tried the exact phrase search this morning and got this message however it doesn't happen all the time. I tried 12 different phrases and only 2 came back with this error. The other 10 worked fine.
:Fatal error while performing the search :Couldn't get search keyword from search table. Code search_launch78

I'd call that progress then. However, I'll check out that error and see what's up. Thanks Dave.

Hi Dave,
I couldn't find any errors in the code but there may be errors in the data. If you get that again please let me know the exact words as you entered them in the keywords field. Thanks.
