Way back I saw a PK ring that had a center groove with a rubber insert.
Any one know of sources? Thanks .. johno from tropical Michigan ... john_oleson@comcast.net |

Since those silicone rings are the rage now, why hasn't someone produced a PK ring totally encased in silicone?
WHAT IF you wake up tomorrow with ONLY the things that you THANK GOD for today?

You might want to take a look at the "Any Ring PK Gimmick" created by Hank Morfin (Astrocity on the Café).
A Café thread about it is here: http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......orum=159 And the store's website is here: http://www.morfinmagic.com/html/store.html Here's a description of the gimmick by Hank: Quote:
It's a very small flesh colored gimmick that can't be seen at all from the top of the hand, even with fingers spread. The palm of the hand can be flashed, the natural motion of your hands during performance will not reveal the gimmick. The only thing you can't do is display your palm for any length of time. If the spectator has a chance to focus on your palm and your fingers, they will see the gimmick. This is what I use for PK effects, I don't use a PK ring anymore, even though I own two of them, not including the one that broke. I've never worried about it being detected, nor has that ever happened. Don't run if they aren't chasing you, think of it on the level of a thumbtip only MUCH less conspicuous. I hope that answers your question, if you check out the PDF, I don't believe you will be dissapointed. Thank you for your interest, I think it's a great little gimmick. I have a few and they are easy to use and very difficult for spectators to notice. Jim |
