Absolutely not Tom. I assumed permission had been granted in this case, especially as Tony Curtis was involved in the manufacture process. I'll take back what I said if permission wasn't granted. As a dealer I was always a stickler for selling products with good crediting and permissions granted in advance of release.

Twice now, Mark's statement that it was without permission has been put before you. Why are you using "if"? Do you disbelieve Mark?

I assumed permission had been granted given the names involved. Peter Eggink has a section on the UW dvd specifically called S.U.C. It was reviewed by Jeff Stone and he is usually red hot on crediting but he didn't mention it. Also Tony Curtis is very diligent in these matters. For interest Jeff's review of the Undercover Wallet can be found here. Notice the mention of the S.U.C. http://magicreviewed.com/reviews/andy-ni......-review/

Do you disbelieve Mark? You seem to be trying REALLY hard to justify your position.

Tom, I DO believe Mark. I am just very surprised that those involved with the undercover wallet didn't ask for his permission before using the S.U.C. function as part of the wallet or name checking it on the supplied DVD. They are creators I would normally trust to do the right thing. Mark must be very upset about it.

I looked and played with Our mentalism hero Mark strivings SUC wallet at mindvention. This is a great little wallet that packs a huge punch. I own a few wallets. One is Marks older SUC and I was very tempted to buy this one. I'll be ordering in a few weeks. The new routines and ideas alone will be worth it.

I have. Need owned the original, only had wallets that used the same feature. I was kind of surprised just how thin and lightweight it is. Very simple, clean design -- which I love. Quality is top notch. Excited to finally have one!

I have been buying from Mark for over 20 years , he doesn't even know it's been that long. The SUC in my opinion is the best peek wallet in the industry. I have the original and the newest one and I will be buying another as a backup in case I lose it. Mark is in honorable businessman who I trust immensely.

According to his latest eMail, he's done shipping all orders that were placed by October 19th.

Just received my order today - wallets looks beautiful!

I'm impressed. Now I know why Bob Cassidy treasures his SUC so much.

To settle an argument from earlier in this thread, the Undercover Wallet apparently has the SUC feature and if that is the case it is being used WITHOUT PERMISSION. In point of fact this is the very first that I have heard of it that I can recall. If any of those responsible in either the creation or manufacture of this wallet would please contact me it would probably be both a very good idea as well as greatly appreciated. We have much to discuss.

I got mine in as well. The quality is superb. If you haven't bought these yet, you really should. These have been so rare for such a long time. They have always been the best, and now you can have them. Highly recommended.

Mark, this link might help. It is a review by a friend of mine at Magic Junkies who raises the SUC permission issue. It gives you all the information required in terms of who was involved with the project. The reviewer suggests he did raise this issue with you previously. Tony.

I bought SUC II and Mark's RTWs 10 years ago or more, and have used them constantly ever since.
The quality was top notch when I received them, and still is, even after all that use.

I received mime, but understand they are still shipping.

Mark and his family just suffered a loss. It slowed him down a bit, but did not stop him, he is packing and shipping.
