Cats don't care. Technically btw, that's an ape, not a monkey.

Anyone else find it interesting how the ape looks in the direction of the dupe cup (even though it's hidden) for a couple seconds while the guy attempts to direct attention to the shaking cup? The ape clearly can't/didn't see the dupe, but can we conclude anything from this? Just a thought. |

I was told that this wouldn't work, but it did. I took one of my dogs treats, and before giving it to her, did a french drop with it. She went to the wrong hand.

She can smell the treat and could "guess" correctly. I have used my wife's Service Dogs in magic effects for years and they can understand when the "moment of magic" occurs for a spectator and ham it up. It is a special pleasure to have her perform the effect (not just an assistant) and understand that she is fooling the observer. Doesn't need a treat either. Try this with non-scented objects and she will learn the pattern and ways to please you. When you can do C&B and she will bark out how many balls are under each cup it will amaze human folks. Then she can go crazy when the final load is in place. Magic? no. She can learn to read your non-verbal cues. Mentalism effects are great. People will accept that is dog is psyhcic over a human any day.
